Highland Medical doctors and nurses are able to design a specific care plan with your needs in mind, for many conditions such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis & arthritis to name a few.

You may be eligible for a subsidised referral to an allied health professional to support your care plan.

However please discuss this option with your doctor who will provide you with the referral letters you will require.
