Recall Service

Where you are having tests/services done at regular intervals (i.e. Pap Smears, Diabetic Assessment etc) we may add you to our recall system.

This means the practice will send you a reminder letter informing you when you are next due to see your doctor or nurse.

Please inform the receptionist if you do not wish to receive any further reminder letters and we will remove you from our recall system.
