New Patients

Highland Medical Centre is currently accepting New Patients.

Patients are required to complete a new patient form, this helps us to better understand your health needs and deliver the best possible care to you. It is helpful if you can bring the details of any medication and past medical history with you to your first appointment. However we will be able to request information from your previous GP if you wish us to do this. We will get you to complete a form, giving your authority for your previous GP to release any medical information held with them, to us.
